Dwight Jones is a distinguished leader in education with an illustrious career spanning superintendent roles in major districts like Denver and Clark County (Las Vegas). As the former Colorado Commissioner of Education, he spearheaded the renowned Colorado Growth Model, now used in over 15 states.

With deep expertise in state standards, accountability, and narrowing achievement gaps, Dwight currently serves as a Senior Advisor to Whiteboard Advisors and leads Education Partners in providing comprehensive support to schools and districts across the country.

A quick adopter of emerging tech since the early 80s, Don has navigated profound shifts from analog legal research to computerized systems and oversaw the digital transformation of the Kansas Bar Exam during his tenure as Chairman of the Board of Law Examiners.

With a background in philosophy and a hands-on approach to technological "tinkering"—from building PCs to digital astro-photography—Don helps organizations navigate the complex intersections of policy, procedure, and exploding AI capabilities.
