Founder & President
Dwight Jones is a distinguished leader in education with an illustrious career spanning superintendent roles in major districts like Denver and Clark County (Las Vegas). As the former Colorado Commissioner of Education, he spearheaded the renowned Colorado Growth Model, now used in over 15 states.
With deep expertise in state standards, accountability, and narrowing achievement gaps, Dwight currently serves as a Senior Advisor to Whiteboard Advisors and leads Education Partners in providing comprehensive support to schools and districts across the country.
Don Peterson

With an M.A. in philosophy and a hands-on approach to technological "tinkering", Don helps organizations identify and resolve the complex issues generated from integrating AI capabilities.
After decades practicing law, in 2025 Don left the legal field to enter the transformative world of AI. Don has experience navigating profound technological shifts. For example, while serving as Chairman of the Kansas Board of Law Examiners, Don oversaw the rewriting of its policies and procedures as the bar exam transformed from handwritten answers to a modern digital exam.
From building PCs to digital astro-photography, Don's hobbies have always involved pushing technological boundaries. Don brings that passion for solving problems with technology to RaiseMark and its clients.

As a Founding Educator at CoGrader, Andrew helped architect one of the leading AI tools for teachers, giving him unique insight into the technical capabilities and strict limitations of Large Language Models. He helps district leaders identify where AI can solve genuine operational problems.
